Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that his motion be withdrawn. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 89(FIN) which had been held to the May 8 calendar (page 2121) was read the third time. Senator Pearce moved that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 89(FIN) be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1. Senator Adams objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Pearce offered Amendment No. 1 : 1993-05-08 Senate Journal Page 2211 SB 89 Page 1, line 4: Change "$18,300,000" to "$18,425,000". Page 1, line 8: Change "$1,700,000" to "$1,575,000". Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 89(FIN) am was automatically in third reading.
